These general conditions of distance selling must be carefully reviewed by the Customer before the completion of the remote purchase procedure of the product. It is understood that the placing of the purchase order through this website implies total and absolute knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their full acceptance: the Customer, by placing the purchase order through the https://tap-in.it website, accepts unconditionally and undertakes to observe these general conditions of sale, as well as the payment conditions described below, declaring that he has seen and accepted all the indications provided to him.

These general conditions of sale are to be considered applicable and in force as long as they are published on this website. Any change to the general conditions of sale in question, will be published on the site and the new general conditions of sale will apply only to orders placed from the day of their publication.

Information on products that can be sold remotely through this website is provided in accordance with the laws in force and, in particular, articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206).



The present information and details contained on this website do not constitute a sales offer, but an invitation to bargain. There will be no contract between the Customer and Network Distribution in relation to any products until the order has been explicitly accepted by Network Distribution in one of the methods described below. If the offer is not accepted and a charge has already been made to the Customer's account, the related amount will be returned to the customer in its entirety.

To place an order, the Customer must follow the online purchase process and complete the process. After that, you will receive an email indicating that the order ("Order number N received") has been received. This will not result in acceptance of the order, as the same constitutes an offer that the Customer makes to Network Distribution for the purchase of one or more products. All orders, except for exceptions, will be subject to network distribution approval by sending a confirmation email within 2 working days after receipt of the payment, indicating the receipt of the payment, the availability of the products and that the order is being prepared ("Order number N confirmed"). The contract between network distribution and the Customer will therefore be finalized only when or we send the confirmation of the order (and only the products indicated in that confirmation e-mail will be the subject of the Contract) or when the Customer has received from the Shipper the package relating to the order received (and only the products in the package will be subject to the Contract). Network Distribution will not be obliged to provide other products, in addition to those indicated in the Confirmation of the order to the Customer or present in the relative package received by the Shipper, which may have been the subject of an order, until the Confirmation of the order to the Customer of the same is sent in a confirmation of the order apart. If the products are missing in the Order Confirmation or in the relative package received by the Shipper, and this fact is the decision of Network Distribution, the relative amount will be immediately refunded.

Network Distribution reserves the right to communicate within 2 working days after sending the customer the e-mail "Order number N received" any impossibility of fulfillment of the order itself, followed by the simultaneous return of the amount paid, due to the exhaustion of goods or force majeure.



The prices of the website include VAT, may include how to exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount to be paid. The inclusion or exclusion of shipping costs will be clearly indicated.

In accordance with the provisions of Art. 53 of the Consumer Code, the Customer receives, at the time of acceptance of his order by e-mail ("Order number N confirmed"), the written confirmation having information about the products ordered, the amount paid and the detail of the price of each product.






Payment by the Customer can only be made by means PayPal.

Payments with PayPal are immediate, the data provided will be transferred by means of secure protocols to the PayPal circuit, so that the Network Distribution company will not be able to have access to the data provided in any way. All account holders PayPal are subject to confirmation and authorization verification by the institution itself. If PayPal refuses payment authorization, we will not accept your order and will not be responsible for any delays or non-deliveries or obliged to explain the reasons for the refusal. We will not be responsible for any fees that may be applied by PayPal. Once payment has been made Network Distribution will process the order, then if necessary the same will be confirmed through the e-mail "Order number N confirmed", with which the goods will be sent to the address indicated in the order.



The delivery of the products is made at the shipping address indicated by the Customer in the order forwarded to the company Network Distribution. In compliance with the provision contained in art. 54 of the Consumer Code, Network Distribution will deliver the products no later than 20 days from the day network distribution has confirmed the Customer's order.

The company Network Distribution delivers the products by express courier.

At the time of delivery of the package to the courier, an e-mail of the shipment ("Order number N shipped") will be forwarded to the Customer, except for exceptions.

In the event that, upon receipt of the package, the Customer detects damage to the same, the Customer must communicate the damage within 48 hours after the delivery date, through the info@tap-in.it com.it inbox indicating in the subject line "Order number N - Damaged". The customer must then submit a return request in the manner indicated in the relevant point of these Terms of Purchase.

The Customer must notify Network Distribution of the non-delivery of the products, through the info@tap-in.it inbox indicating "Order number N - Non-delivery".

Network Distribution undertakes to guarantee a new shipment of lost products within 48 hours after the report by e-mail, without prejudice to the unavailability of the same or causes of force majeure. In this case, the immediate cancellation of the order and the simultaneous return of the amount paid will follow.



Network Distribution will replace for free or refund any product sold that has been damaged during the shipment made by its shipper, provided that:

- the Customer has communicated in writing to the address info@tap-in.it (indicating in the subject line "Order number N - Return for damage") the damage within 48 hours after the date of delivery and,

- the Customer makes the product in question available to Network Distribution, together with the original packaging.

If even one of the above conditions is not met, Network Distribution will not re-credit the amount paid, nor will it replace the product. Network Distribution, in this case, will communicate by e-mail the refusal of the return.



Network Distribution may suspend performance if a chance or force majeure prevents or delays its execution. Strikes and network distribution procurement problems attributable to third parties and non-suppliers shall be considered as such, but not limited to.

Network Distribution will inform the Customer of the occurrence of the fortuitous or force majeure case within 10 days of the occurrence of the same.

In the event that the suspension of the service should be extended for a period of more than 15 days, the Customer will have the opportunity to cancel the order placed and the amounts already paid will be refunded.



These general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these general conditions of sale, the Customer has the right to protect his interests through a consumer association in the form of art. 140 of the Consumer Code, or initiate an out-of-court settlement procedure for the resolution of consumer disputes pursuant to art. 141 of the Consumer Code. However, it is without prejudice to the Customer's right to take the ordinary routes for the resolution of disputes deriving from the interpretation, validity and /or execution of these general conditions of sale.










The shipment will be entrusted to an express courier and for the entire national territory will have a clearly indicated cost at the time of purchase.

At the time of delivery of the package to the courier, an e-mail of the shipment ("Order number N shipped") will be forwarded to the Customer.

The shipment will be made within 10 working days from the sending to the Customer of the e-mail "Order number N confirmed".

In the event that the user does not receive the delivery, he must communicate to the e-mail info@tap-in.it the non-delivery indicating in question "Order number N not delivered". Network Distribution will launch an investigation with the carrier used and will respond.

If the delivery is not completed, the user will be refunded of the total order including any shipping costs.

In case of delivery of a product that does not comply with the one ordered, Network Distribution undertakes to deliver a product identical to that ordered in accordance with the availability of inventory or to deliver a product of equivalent quality and price. For requests of this nature send an e-mail to info@tap-in.it indicating in question "Non-compliant Order Number N".




The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 64 of the Consumer Code. It is in the interest of Network Distribution that the Customer can exercise this right of withdrawal under the best possible conditions.

The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after the date of delivery of the order, as certified by the shipper.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised with reference to certain products and services indicated in art. 55, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code). The aforementioned code also provides that the user cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in cases of supply of certain goods and services including the following:

- goods which by their nature cannot be sent back or are likely to deteriorate or alter rapidly;

- goods without the original packaging or packaging.

In addition, it is specified that products with customization cannot be returned in any way.

The Customer must indicate his intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by means of an e-mail to the address info@tap-in.it, indicating in the subject line "Order number N - Return" and in the text the preferred method of refund, i.e. through the Customer's PayPal Account or Bank Account Transfer, with the related data to execute it.

The right of withdrawal is exercised through the return of the product at the customer's expense, if it is not otherwise indicated at the time of purchase, at the address that will be reported by Network Distribution following the e-mail with the subject line "Order number N Return". In order to benefit from the right of withdrawal, the user must ship the product or products within 10 days of the communication of the data to make the withdrawal by Network Distribution. The product or products must be correctly inserted into the original packaging and in perfect condition (undead and not damaged). Verified that the returned product complies with the above specifications, Network Distribution will pay within 10 days from the delivery of the same the amount paid for the purchase, excluding shipping costs, to the Customer's PayPal current account to the appropriate bank account reported in the e-mail with the subject line "Return Number Order".

In any case, it is understood that, in accordance with article 67 of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the product is an essential condition for the exercise of the customer's right of withdrawal. Therefore, if the products returned by the Customer are damaged, incomplete, deteriorated and/or used in a manner that does not comply with normal diligence in such a way as to compromise their substantial integrity, they will not be refunded.
